Bio Filter Clean

Bio Filter Clean is a unique biological product which is simple to use, effective in naturally digesting cooking fats and greases.

KEY PROPERTIES

To function correctly cooker hood filters require regular cleaning.

Such cleaning maintenance involves the regular use of hazardous chemicals. Traditional cleaning chemicals do not contribute to reducing the build up of fats and greases between maintenance cleans.

The Solution: − Use a biological cleaner that:

Digests oil fats and greases quickly
Is environmentally friendly and food safe
Reduces grease build up

APPLICATION

Prior to use of Bio Filter Clean, dismantle and wash filter hood in hot water (use a dishwasher if preferred) and wipe clean.

Spray Bio Filter Clean neat on both sides of the filter elements and re-assemble.

At the end of each daily shift, Spray Bio Filter Clean over all exposed parts of the elements.
